4.2 Course Bookings and Attendance

By booking a course or workshop, you agree to:

• Arrive on time for all scheduled sessions
• Follow all safety instructions and workshop protocols
• Use materials and equipment as directed
• Respect the rights and property of other participants and instructors

We reserve the right to refuse admission or to remove participants who fail to comply with these requirements.

5. Orders and Payments

5.1 Placing Orders

By placing an Order, you offer to purchase the Products specified in your Order. We may accept or reject your Order at our sole discretion. An Order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and provide an Order confirmation.

5.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. You agree to pay all charges at the prices in effect when you place your Order. Payment must be made using one of our accepted payment methods.

5.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy for courses and workshops is as follows:

• Cancellations more than 14 days before the scheduled date: Full refund
• Cancellations 7-14 days before the scheduled date: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 7 days before the scheduled date: No refund

Refunds for physical products are subject to our Refund Policy.

5.4 Course Rescheduling

We may occasionally need to reschedule courses or workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. If we reschedule a course you are registered for, you will be offered the choice of attending on the new date or receiving a full refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

The website and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by SLKIN Club, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6.2 License to Use Website

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our website for your personal, non-commercial use.
